Seller and scope

BAZYSMEDIA is operated by Tomas Bazys, a self-employed trader based in Lithuania. Seller contact details are in the Contact & Legal Information page. These terms apply to orders placed through bazysmedia.com.

Orders and payment

Product details, available sizes, prices and delivery charges are shown before payment. Orders are subject to payment confirmation and availability. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or an obvious pricing error occurred; any amount paid will be refunded. Prices are in EUR; applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before checkout.

Made-to-order products

Physical prints are produced after you order and fulfilled by our printing partner. You may request a change or cancellation promptly, but once production begins, changes may no longer be technically possible. Your statutory withdrawal and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Photographs and permitted use

Photographs, text and site content are protected by intellectual property rights. Purchasing a print gives you ownership of that physical print for personal display, not permission to reproduce, resell copies, use the image commercially or remove attribution. Separate written permission is needed for commercial image use.

Delivery, returns and complaints

Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies form part of these terms. Consumer rights provided by applicable law always prevail. Please contact hello@bazysmedia.com with a complaint; we provide a reasoned written response within 14 days. If unresolved, consumers may contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, Lithuania, https://vvtat.lrv.lt.

Applicable law

Lithuanian law applies, without depriving consumers in other countries of mandatory protections applicable to them. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
