Who we are

Tomas Bazys, trading as BAZYSMEDIA, is the controller of personal data collected through bazysmedia.com. Contact: hello@bazysmedia.com

What we process and why

We use contact and order details, delivery address, purchase history and support messages to process orders, fulfil contracts, send transactional updates and handle returns (contract and legal obligations). We keep required billing/tax records to comply with law. We use necessary security and fraud-prevention data where justified by legitimate interests or legal requirements. Optional marketing communications and non-essential tracking require the relevant consent.

Who receives information

We share only information needed with service providers, including Squarespace (site/store), Stripe (payments), Printful (production and delivery), shipping carriers and communications providers. We do not sell personal data. Providers may process information outside the EEA subject to applicable GDPR safeguards.

Storage and retention

Order and accounting records are retained for the periods required by Lithuanian law; other information is kept only as long as necessary for the stated purposes, dispute handling or legitimate security needs. Marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn or it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Write to hello@bazysmedia.com. You may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI), https://vdai.lrv.lt.
